Home furniture OEM / ODM for US and Canada buyers

Turn drawings, samples, and packing limits into a production-ready furniture file.

Send the product direction. We review the structure, material options, hardware set, carton limits, QC points, MOQ, and launch schedule before a batch quote is prepared.

Production file CAD, material, hardware, packaging, and QC decisions kept in one review file.

The first review makes production risk visible: structure, material, hardware, packing, quantity, and inspection points.

Drawing, reference sample, target price, SKU mix, and market requirements.

02

Production records

Keep the approved sample, packing file, and inspection record connected.

Repeat orders depend on the same specifications being used by development, production, QC, packing, and shipping. We keep those decisions in the production file before bulk orders begin.

01Drawing, reference sample, material target, and cost target reviewed before quotation.
02Material board, color board, hardware kit, and sample approval recorded before bulk order.
03Incoming, first-article, in-process, final, trial-assembly, and packing checks defined per SKU.
04Carton marks, manuals, labels, CBM, spare parts, and loading notes prepared for shipment.

Retail channel readiness

Prepare the files required by large retailers and repeat-order buyers.

For programs aimed at chain retail, warehouse clubs, online marketplaces, or wholesale distribution, the production work must match the buyer's vendor requirements, not only the product photo.

Vendor file

SKU list, dimensions, materials, finish code, hardware list, label rules, carton marks, and inspection points.

Retail packaging

Flat-pack or knock-down structure, barcode labels, warning labels, assembly manual, spare parts, and carton size limits.

Compliance support

Prepare requested document slots for emission, stability, flammability, labeling, or buyer inspection reports where applicable.

Customer references

Retailer names and logos are shown only when the factory has written permission or verifiable shipment records.
