Review input
Drawing, reference sample, target price, SKU mix, and market requirements.
Home furniture OEM / ODM for US and Canada buyers
Send the product direction. We review the structure, material options, hardware set, carton limits, QC points, MOQ, and launch schedule before a batch quote is prepared.
Before quote checklist
The first review makes production risk visible: structure, material, hardware, packing, quantity, and inspection points.
CAD, PDF, photos, target product, or physical sample.
Thickness, load points, holes, connectors, hinges, slides, and legs.
Wood, veneer, fabric, metal, color tolerance, and cost options.
Flat-pack, knock-down, hardware bag, manual, marks, CBM, and loading.
SKU mix, color count, container plan, and launch schedule.
First article, in-process, final, trial assembly, packing photo, and buyer inspection.
Manufacturing file flow
Each OEM program should move through a visible file path, so the buyer can see what is approved before sampling, production, inspection, and shipment.
Drawing, reference sample, target price, SKU mix, and market requirements.
Material board, finish board, hardware kit, carton direction, and golden sample.
Incoming, first-article, in-process, final, trial assembly, and packing inspection.
Carton marks, labels, manuals, CBM, loading notes, inspection files, and shipment photos.
CAD review
For new OEM programs, CAD or PDF drawings are reviewed together with structure, hole position, material, hardware, assembly method, carton limit, and inspection points before sampling.
Production records
Repeat orders depend on the same specifications being used by development, production, QC, packing, and shipping. We keep those decisions in the production file before bulk orders begin.
Retail channel readiness
For programs aimed at chain retail, warehouse clubs, online marketplaces, or wholesale distribution, the production work must match the buyer's vendor requirements, not only the product photo.
SKU list, dimensions, materials, finish code, hardware list, label rules, carton marks, and inspection points.
Flat-pack or knock-down structure, barcode labels, warning labels, assembly manual, spare parts, and carton size limits.
Prepare requested document slots for emission, stability, flammability, labeling, or buyer inspection reports where applicable.
Retailer names and logos are shown only when the factory has written permission or verifiable shipment records.
Before quotation
For OEM orders, we confirm drawings, material samples, color boards, hardware kits, carton marks, and inspection points before batch production.
