OEM / ODM

Turn a drawing, reference sample, or target product into a production file.

For US and Canada brands, importers, wholesalers, and distributors, OEM/ODM work should confirm structure, material, sample, golden sample, QC, packaging, and export requirements before batch production.

Panel furniture production process for OEM and ODM review

Workflow

Drawing review -> sample -> golden sample -> batch production -> QC -> export packaging.

Each step must produce a file or approval record. Without that, the quote can look cheaper but fail during sampling, inspection, or shipping.

1

Drawing review

Check dimensions, structure, panel thickness, frame, hardware position, target price, MOQ, and target market.

2

Sample

Build sample with approved material, finish, hardware, carton direction, and assembly method.

3

Golden sample

Buyer signs off color, dimensions, comfort, function, hardware kit, carton mark, and inspection points.

4

Batch production

Production follows the approved file with first-article check and in-process QC records.

5

QC + packaging

Final inspection, trial assembly, hardware count, label check, carton protection, CBM, and loading plan.

CAD preview

Open a DXF drawing before quotation review.

For furniture OEM projects, CAD preview helps confirm dimensions, panel layout, hardware holes, assembly method, and carton limits before a sample plan is prepared.

Buyer-fit services

Different buyer channels need different production files.

A brand, importer, wholesaler, and online seller may order the same product but need different carton marks, manuals, spare kits, compliance documents, and reorder controls.

  • For brands: reference sample review, material board, private-label carton and manual.
  • For importers: MOQ planning, mixed-container review, export packing, and document checklist.
  • For online sellers: flat-pack structure, carton size, hardware bag, manual, and spare parts.
  • For distributors: repeatable SKU file, finish tolerance, QC checklist, and reorder record.
