We quote after the product file is clear enough to manufacture.
For a new program, we review the product structure, material choice, target price, packaging rules, inspection points, and shipment method before confirming sample direction or batch cost.
- Drawing, reference sample, target product, or product photos.
- Material, finish, hardware, carton, label, and manual requirements.
- MOQ expectation, trial order quantity, annual forecast, or container plan.
- US or Canada market documentation requested by the buyer.
- Sample deadline, launch date, shipment window, and inspection plan.
Proof and references
Buyer references are handled with verification, not decoration.
Well-known retailer names and customer logos are shown only when there is written permission or verifiable shipment evidence. Without that proof, we focus on the documents buyers actually need for supplier evaluation.
Order evidence
Approved sample photos, QC checklist, packing list, carton marks, loading photos, and shipment documents can be shared by project stage.
Customer references
